​Recently remodeled vacation home with a brand new kitchen, new floors, paint, including a large lanai with a gorgeous, newly installed, heated pool. We are located on the southwest side of beautiful Cape Coral. Our neighborhood is nice and quiet making it great for walking and biking around! There is a trail about a block away to do so. Also, we are less than 2 miles from the local beach and less than 30 minutes from the world famous Sanibel/Captiva Island!
